I'm Rhi.

I'm a Sober Strategist and Empowerment Coach.

I spent 20 years of my life lost to drug, alcohol and food addictions. At the age of 35 I had pretty much given up and resigned myself to the fact that I would just exist through life never truly finding happiness.

I help people to create a life they don't need to escape from.

In the next 12 months I can guide you from merely existing to living the life of your dreams. In the last 5 years I have completely transformed my life life. I have lost 17 stone, am 4 years recovered from a Cocaine and Alcohol addiction and have overcome and healed from a serious food addiction. I faced extreme trauma in 2020 when I almost lost my life, but after a gruelling recovery period I came out fighting and stood back up to reclaim my life.
